today that it has entered into a Letter of Intent to acquire Trimax
Wireless, Inc., a privately-held developer and manufacturer of a complete
line of modular wireless broadband infrastructure equipment for
metropolitan scale wireless networks. The Company expects to finish their
due diligence and close this transaction by November 30, 2009.
Headquartered in Naples, Florida, Trimax Wireless, Inc . is a leading
edge designer, developer and manufacturer of Broadband Wireless equipment
and other innovative technologies. With the TMAX™ family of products,
the company manufactures and distributes advanced wireless integrated
solutions to build voice, streaming video and data broadband wireless
